Delfino, Gianluca

Gianluca Delfino is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Accounting. He earned his Ph.D. with honors, achieving a cum laude distinction, from IE Business School Madrid. Gianluca's research centers on management control systems, analyzing their influence on workplace behavior and employee well-being, particularly in the consulting sector. He also delves into public sector accountability and contributes to debates on qualitative research methods in management accounting.
In his academic career, Gianluca has served as a lecturer for various courses, including Management Control and Performance Measurement Systems. 
Beyond the academic sphere, Gianluca's passions include both outdoor and indoor sports, playing the piano, and cooking traditional Italian dishes.
