Tommy is currently working on two research projects within sustainable business strategies. One is about the sustainability reporting, financial materiality and the connection to corporate valuation, financed by Nasdaq Foundation. The second is about partnerships between companies and fotball-clubs as part of Collective Impact strategies and community engagement, financed by Skandia Ideas For life.
Tommy is teaching sustainable business strategies and sustainability reporting in several courses at bachelor and master level at SSE and at SSE Executive Education. He also is course director for the module on sustainable business at the MBA program Stockholm University.
In parallel, Tommy is Partner in the sustainability agency and think tank Forever Sustainable, where he is a leading advisor to larger companies on sustainability. He has published a number of research articles and books on sustainability over the years and is a frequent speaker at conferences and events.
Tommy is an Assistant Professor at Örebro University School of Business where he has been course director for the first master program on sustainable business in Sweden. He has a PhD in Business Ethics at SSE and was earlier a well known business journalist at the Swedish Radio and Finanstidningen.
