Study Visit to Apohem Warehouse
The visit began with Therese Kempe, CMO at Apohem, introducing the company and sharing Apohem's brand journey, positioning and strategic priorities. Students were then given a guided tour of the warehouse, getting insights into the automations behind Apohem's fulfillment and seeing how logistics and technology come together to deliver fast and reliable service to customers.
The workshop also covered Apohem's upcoming private label launches, learning how the team identifies new product opportunities and brings them from idea to shelf. Therese further shared how Apohem works with creative marketing through an in-house, agency-style setup, including how the company uses its own ad space to feature products from other brands and turn marketing space into an additional revenue stream through retail media.
