International expansion strategies with Löfbergs

Following the visit to Löfbergs Headquarters, Retail Management students in Entrepreneurship & Family Business Retail Club participated in a workshop on international expansion.
Within a short window the students worked​ in groups to develop and present actionable recommendations on how Löfbergs can effectively establish itself in new international markets through an organic growth strategy. The jury consisted of Anders Fredriksson (CEO), Pär Marcus (Group Strategy Officer), and Niklas Löfberg (Owner).
The workshop offered students a valuable opportunity to apply their theoretical knowledge to a real-world case and engage directly with Löfbergs top management.
