Professor Laurence Romani provided coaching for Swedish managers working in French companies, and French managers working in Swedish companies.

In a truly intercultural exchange, managers from France and Sweden, working in the other country, took part in a leadership program – “Le leadership et le management franco-suédois”. Professor Laurence Romani from the Department of Management and Organization provided valuable insight and coaching at the event.
