Workshop on Finding a Job in Europe Organized by Constanze Eib at AOM
"Together with two fantastic colleagues, Julia Backmann (University of Münster) och Silja Hartmann (Technische Universität Berlin), I had the pleasure of organizing a professional development workshop on “Finding a Job in Europe” at the Academy of Management Conference this July in Copenhagen, Denmark.
We welcomed 70+ participants from all over the world for an engaging session featuring amazing panelists who shared insider tips, career advice, and personal stories about working in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, the Netherlands, Germany, and the UK.
A big thank you to our panelists, Nicole Ferry (Copenhagen Business School), Brooke Gazdag (Kühne Logistics University), Ute Hülsheger (Maastricht University), Laurence Romani (Stockholm School of Economics), Dana Unger (The Arctic University of Norway) and Chia-Huei Wu (King's College London) for their openness and insights, and to our attendees for the thoughtful questions and vibrant discussions. It was inspiring to see so much curiosity and ambition in one room!"
Next year in June, Constanze will host another workshop, together with Wiley Wakeman, this time at SSE. It is the 9th International Workshop on Insights in Organizational Justice and Behavioural Ethics. More info on that can be found here.
