Retail Days 2022

The Retail Day once again becomes a whole week of events! This year's theme is: "What's Next?" Between April 25-April 28 all students at SSE will be able to listen to and interact with many of Sweden's largest retailers.

OPEN TO ALL SSE STUDENTS

Embrace the opportunity to interact with and listen to when some of the biggest retail companies in Sweden talk about how they are managing the fast changing environment faced by the retail industry.

The lectures are scheduled between April 25-April 27 with free lunches or breakfasts followed by the interactive fair on April 28 between 14:00-16:30 in the Atrium at Sveavägen 65. Here, you also will receive a lovely goodie-bag.

Both the fair and the lectures are open for all students at SSE regardless of program or year. 

THIS YEAR'S THEME: "WHAT'S NEXT?"

The retail industry is known for its fast changing environment and the many challenges that follow. Digitalization, sustainability and changing customer preferences are only some of which. How are some of the biggest retail companies in Sweden managing these challenges? During the Retail Days you will receive the opportunity to meet and listen to when they discuss their view on this matter and how they plan to tackle some of the challenges.

ABOUT RETAIL DAYS

The Retail Days is organized by the students in the BSc program in Retail Management at Stockholm School of Economics. It is a yearly event that aims to connect all the students at SSE with the industry and the retail companies that the Retail Management program and Center for Retailing are collaborating with.

Axel Johnson invites students to listen to a lecture held by Emma Claesson, Executive Vice President for People & Culture, Eliza Kücükaslan, Head of Axelrate, and Frida Truvé, Manager for People Innovation & Transformation where they will talk about what they do in the departments Diversity & Inclusion, People Innovation Hub, and Employee Value Proposition.
