Elinor Flynn, Assistant Professor in organizational behaviour at London Business School, is visiting SSE this week and will be presenting a paper called: “How Being Motivated by Money versus Meaning Shapes Affective Forecasting Accuracy for Early Job Seekers“.
Afterwards, Professor Andreas Werr and Lovisa Näslund (Stockholm University) will present their paper on “Emotional dirty work: organizing emotional resilience in social services”.
