Artificial intelligence is no longer a future disruption. It is already reshaping academia, organizations, and professional practice. The challenge now is designing for disruption and resilience.

Kevin Terrell, GenAI founder and former CEO of BirchAI, now co-founder of a VC-backed healthcare AI spinout from Oxford University, joins Professor Stefan Haefliger, Professor of Digital Innovation and Strategy at the House of Innovation, to bridge entrepreneurial experience with academic insight.
