SSE Alumni Webinar: The gastronomic future with Covid-19

Lockdown and social distancing have changed consumer behaviour and posed huge challenges on the restaurant industry. At the same time, the acceleration of digital transformation also brings opportunities that will reshape the industry. Please join us at this insightful webinar about how restaurants can thrive in the next normal from a “New York vs Stockholm” perspective.

SSE, in collaboration with the American Friends of SSE (AFSSE), invite you to a webinar that will reflect on both the challenges and future solutions for the restaurant industry, as well as what a customer experience will look like after COVID-19.

The webinar will feature a dynamic panel discussion with Håkan Swahn, Alum and Owner of the two Michelin-starred restaurant Aquavit in New York, Johan Jureskog, Chef and Part-Owner of Rolfs kök in Stockholm, Owner of Restaurang AG and Jureskogs, and Christofer Laurell, Visiting Researcher at SSE Institute for Research, moderated by Cecilia Browning, General Manager at House of Sweden and AFSSE Board Member. During the webinar, you will also have the opportunity to get a glimpse into the kitchen of Aquavit and perfect your cooking with the Michelin-starred chef Emma Bengtsson.
