CSB on site in Båstad during the Nordea Open!

During one of the highlight weeks of Swedish tennis, the Center for Sports and Business took part in two exciting events – surrounded by world-class tennis and forward-looking conversations.

Executive Director of CSB Anna Laurell Nash on stage at Game Change 2030

The first event was the Swedish Tennis Federation's Game Change 2030, a plan for how to develop Swedish Tennis moving forward.

With Jonas Elmblad, Christer Sjöö and their team at the helm, the Swedish Tennis Federation showed how tennis in Sweden is growing – both on the court and strategically. Through Gamechange 2030, the federation focuses on resource-sharing, collaboration and sustainability.

From clinics and talks to beach tennis and autograph sessions – the area was buzzing with energy and optimism.

The second event was the Nordic Sport & Media Summit, boosting a full house and future focus!

This high-energy summit explored how sport is evolving with increased investment, new media logic and technological change. Key themes included:

  • Sport as an asset
  • Changing audience behaviours
  • Nordic opportunities in a global market

At Center for Sports and Business, we are proud to contribute to the conversation about the future of sport – where strategy, collaboration and innovation are essential. We therefore want to extend our heartfelt thank you to both the Swedish Tennis Federation and the excellent organisers behind the Nordic Sport & Media Summit for these inspiring events!
