Handels x Mejan 2025
Sprawling brings together paintings, sculptures, coal-based works and robotics in an exhibition that explores expansion in all its forms—physical, conceptual, and emotional. The selected works stretch across mediums and materials, pushing against boundaries and challenging notions of permanence, control, and order. From the raw, elemental quality of coal to the mechanical precision of a robotic gesture, Sprawling captures the tension between organic and constructed, past and future. The exhibition invites viewers to navigate a landscape where ideas multiply, structures dissolve, and form is always in transformation. This year's Handels x Mejan features the artists; Christopher Robin Nordström, Simon Dahlgren Strååt, Lina Lundquist & Roda Adballe.
