New book on Nordic Corporate Governance
Researchers at CGMS, together with Nordic colleagues, have published a book on Nordic corporate governance based on an in-depth study of governance practices in 36 large and mid-size corporations.
CGMS Honorary Lecture 2016
On June 9, 2016, 10.00-12.00, Professor Daniel Nyberg, Newcastle Business School, Australia will give the inaugural CGMS Honorary Lecture (for 2016), focusing on the politics of global climate change. The title of Prof Nyberg's presentation is ”Processes of creative self-destruction”.
