The 11th class of the Management Diploma for Athletes (MDA) has officially started their journey! They were warmly welcomed by course directors, MDA Alumni and friends on the first day.

After an inspiring journey through three European cities, the latest edition of the European Sports Business Program (ESBP) has officially concluded. ESBP is a tailor made executive education program that aims to prepare high potentials in sports business for their industry's (future) challenges.

Over the course of two intense days, Svensk Elitfotboll and representatives from the clubs came together for the second part of the tailored management program Hållbar Klubbutveckling, to explore and deepen their understanding of what modern leadership means in today’s elite football. The focus was on relationships, self-awareness, and the human aspect of organizational life.
