This week, the yearly democratic festival Almedalsveckan takes place in Visby, Gotland, and defence questions are a hot topic for discussion. Center Director Martin Carlsson-Wall is present, and will participate in events regarding supply readiness and the role of trade and industry in civil society.

On June 10, the Stockholm School of Economics hosted the launch of the new Center for Security and Resilience - an interdisciplinary research center created to strengthen Sweden's long-term preparedness and societal resilience through research, dialogue, and cross-sector collaboration.

On April 24, the Center for Security and Resilience and the Academic Officer Society hosted a lunch lecture with General Michael Claesson, Supreme Commander of the Swedish Armed Forces, at the Stockholm School of Economics.
