Saab joins the SSE Corporate Partnership Program

The Stockholm School of Economics (SSE) is excited to welcome Saab to its Corporate Partnership Program.

In the midst of the changing geopolitical landscape, Saab is experiencing rapid growth and the challenges that accompany it. This transformation presents unique challenges, prompting Saab to seek strategic alliances. In response, Saab has decided to join the SSE Corporate Partnership Program.

“As Sweden and other nations are ramping up their defence capabilities to meet the changing geopolitical landscape, the defence industry needs to increase the pace and focus on innovation to meet the rapidly increasing demand. Research and new technologies is more important than ever for Saab, and we look forward to this mutually beneficial partnership with SSE, with its excellent track record in terms of innovation and solid international network,” says Christian Luiga, CFO and deputy CEO of Saab.

A partnership between SSE and an external enterprise creates a beneficial and mutually advantageous interchange of expertise, strategic promotion, enriched viewpoints, and enduring networking synergies that will last for a very long time. And as Saab joins the program, it opens doors to enriching opportunities. It allows Saab to engage with SSE's top-tier students through teaching activities, gain insights from leading subject experts within the SSE faculty and broaden connections by networking with SSE's impressive roster of over 100 corporate partners.

“We are excited to extend a warm welcome to Saab as a valued corporate partner of SSE. Saab's prominent position within Sweden’s innovation ecosystem beautifully aligns with our ongoing endeavors at SSE aimed at strengthening Sweden's competitiveness. We look forward to a productive and mutually beneficial partnership,” says Professor Lars Strannegård, President of the Stockholm School of Economics.
