The session started off with a short introduction of the company structure by Emma Hüll, Early Careers Partner at H&M Group, where students got insight into the organizational structure. The students got to hear a short presentation from each alumn about their journey within the company, providing a comprehensive understanding of the diverse career pathways available. The session concluded with a speed-dating format, enabling students to, in a one-on-one format, ask questions about their interests and aspirations.
