Design Thinking at Accenture

The students in Accenture Retail Club participated in a design thinking workshop at the Accenture offices.

Anna Melin, Growth & Strategy consultant, introduced students to the concept of design thinking and guided them through various collaborative methods that foster creativity within groups. She subsequently challenged the students to apply these methods to identify pain points in the customer journey, ultimately leading to innovative suggestions for implementing sustainable solutions across diverse retail settings.
