Roxana Turturea is a recognized Entrepreneurship scholar whose research explores two main themes: Growth Strategy and Governance.

Her research sheds light on how various growth strategies (e.g., business model innovation, acquisitions) affect firm performance and how different forms of governance (e.g., CEO compensation, gender diversity) influence strategic decision-making in ways that ultimately affect firm performance.   

Her work has been published in leading academic journals in management such as Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of Management Studies, and Journal of Management. 

Her promotion not only recognizes her academic excellence but also highlights her service and leadership within the institution.
