Holmer Kok is a recognized scholar whose research lies at the intersection of innovation and strategic management. His work sheds light on the conditions under which impactful technologies emerge, how collaborations between organizations stimulate the transfer of knowledge and capabilities, and how to design policy frameworks to support green technologies. His work has been published in leading academic journals in management. 

Beyond his scholarly achievements, Holmer Kok is actively involved in the SSE academic community. He is a dedicated teacher, well-known for fostering critical thinking and analytical depth in the classroom, and has taught key courses on operations management, global strategy, and circular innovation.  

He has also supported the growth of junior scholars by actively supervising PhD students, creating opportunities to engage with cutting-edge research, and encouraging interactions with researchers from other institutions. His promotion not only recognizes his academic excellence but also highlights his service and leadership within the institution.
