This initiative is about creating closer connections among scholars across the Nordic countries (and beyond), and establishing a sustained platform for intellectual exchange, joint research conversations and the dissemination of knowledge across borders. The initiative continues the conversations that began at the New Directions in Leadership Research and Practice workshop, hosted by the center last November.
