Education

Creating better lives requires better learning.

We believe education should prepare people not only for professional life, but for life itself. At the Center for Wellbeing, Welfare and Happiness, we integrate the latest scientific knowledge on wellbeing, welfare and happiness into education that helps people develop the knowledge, skills and resilience to thrive—personally, professionally and together with others.

At the Stockholm School of Economics, wellbeing is integrated throughout the educational journey. From introductory sessions for all incoming students and exchange students to mandatory and elective courses, doctoral education and executive programmes, we work together with the School to make wellbeing an integral part of management education. We believe that understanding wellbeing is essential to preparing people to lead, collaborate and contribute in ways that benefit both themselves and others throughout their lives and careers.
