What makes a rebranding successful?

Clas Ohlson held a workshop focusing on their recent rebranding and the overarching topic of brand management.

On their premises on Sveavägen, Kine Dreyer, Brand Manager at Clas Ohlson presented the objectives, difficulties and challenges associated with what has been their biggest branding project in the past four decades.

Students were asked to come up with the pain points of getting across the message of their new motto, along with short-term objectives they could use to work towards eventually becoming climate neutral.
