Pernilla Petrelius Karlberg is a visiting scholar at Scancor, Stanford University from September 2017 to June 2018. Scancor (Scandinavian Consortium for Organizational Studies) facilitates inquiry in organizational social science among a transnational network of scholars. Its member institutions in Scandinavia and greater Europe support working visits and residence at Stanford and Harvard Universities. During her stay Pernilla is working on the research project “Responsible Global Business – Norms, Ideas and Evolving Leadership Practices”.  In the beginning of November she organized a Round Table together with Ingalill Holmberg and the Swedish Innovation Agency Vinnova, regarding challenges and dilemmas when conducting responsible leadership in innovation-driven environment. In addition she has also conducted a research seminar at Scancor/Stanford on the topic of “Sustainability, Innovation and Leadership in an American Business Context”.
