The Respect Research Group (www.respectresearchgroup.org) organises annual interdisciplinary meetings of young scholars on the topic of respect. This year’s particular focus is given to the topic of leadership. Katharina will discuss with the participants how the concept of self-leadership can contribute to more respect in intercultural encounters.
