Caroline Berg, Chair of Axel Johnson, also shared her insights on how to future-proof a family business and how to approach succession planning.
The speakers discussed a range of topics, including how the Stockholm School of Economics has future-proofed itself, strategies for avoiding family business failure, future trends in retailing, and how the Axel Johnson family thinks about succession. The talks were followed by lively discussions among the attendees.
