Micael Dahlen has a particular interest in wellbeing and welfare, connecting behaviors and experiences at the individual and personal levels with business and public policy. This includes studies of, for example, happiness, creativity, construal levels, efficacy, self-management and extended effects of corporate and public actions.
Research methods include experiments, field studies, surveys, observations and experience sampling. Findings have been published in books and in journals at the AJG3, AJG4 and FT50 levels. Has been ranked #2 globally in their research field.
Micael Dahlen teaches at the BSc, MSc, MBA and PhD program levels, mainly at SSE (and affiliated institutions).
