Natalie is a doctoral candidate working within the Department of Marketing and Strategy and the Department of Management and Organisation. Her PhD research is looking at the relationship between social capital and immigrant labour market inclusion. She is particularly interested in young adult humanitarian immigrants working in or seeking employment in the Swedish tourism and hospitality industry.
