How can organizations develop through the use of mindfulness, compassion, and emotional intelligence? How do leaders integrate insights from personal development into their working lives? In what ways do we need to develop as human beings to cope with the global challenges? These are examples of questions that I address in research and teaching. I also have a background in IT-related organizational change, as researcher as well as practicing manager.
