My research is focused on the intersection between personal development, leadership, and business process development. In my current project, I explore how business leaders integrate insights from meditation and personal development into their working life in order to lead a sustainable life characterized by both well-being and sustainable business results.
I am also running a Professional Development track for master students. This track builds on a blend of soft and hard skills: mindfulness, emotional intelligence, and compassionate communication are combined with traditional business skills such as case cracking, negotiation, and presentation. Since 2013, I am also teaching Entrepreneurship in the Arts at the University College of Opera in Stockholm.
