Karina T. Liljedal is a researcher at the Center for Consumer Marketing (CCM), and the Center for Retailing (CFR).
Karina's research to date has predominantly focused on the marketing effects of consumer co-creation. In other words, her research deals with how consumers, employees, and patients respond to brands’ and organisations' co-creation in new product and service development.

Teaching and Lecturing
Karina was up until recently part of the teaching faculty at CFR, teaching in the Applied Retail Track, supervising the retail club Svensk Handel. Karina was the course director of Marketing Research Project (B.Sc., fall 2016). Karina is regularly supervising student theses (B.Sc. and M.Sc.).
Additionally, Karina regularly speaks at industry seminars and helps companies in their business development, especially with planning and implementing consumer co-creation in practice.
