Student stories

What do our students think of the double degree program with the Stockholm School of Economics (SSE) and Sciences Po (School of Management and Innovation)?
The best thing about this program are the people you meet along the way. Becoming a part of the student community at both Sciences Po and SSE has been just as valuable for me as the dual degree's possibilities to enrich SSE's business curriculum with Sciences Po's broad offering of economics and social sciences courses.

"The international aspect is an important reason for why I chose the double degree program. During my studies I got the opportunity to live in both Paris and Stockholm, two great European cities. I have met many new friends for life and created an international network."

Why did you choose this program?

The SSE - Sciences Po double degree program gave me the opportunity to tailor my studies to my own interests and has opened doors for fantastic career opportunities. The international aspect is an important reason for why I chose the double degree program. During my studies I got the opportunity to live in both Paris and Stockholm, two great European cities. I have met many new friends for life and created an international network.

The combination of Sciences Po and SSE is a perfect match. At Sciences Po I got the opportunity to choose among a great range of courses, studying business with a strong focus on sustainability. Being a leading university in social science, Sciences Po offers unique courses which broadened my perspectives and challenged me to think of business and society in new ways. SSE offered more hands-on courses of management and innovation wherefrom I developed new practical skills and tools for business. I got the opportunity to dive deeper into my fields of interest and develop my own academic research while writing my master’s thesis. Both universities hold impressive alumni networks and in the program I got the opportunity to meet with and be inspired by outstanding guest lecturers.
