Vacancy: Info Center & Front Desk Service Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and service-oriented Service Specialist to join our Info Center team within the Education Office. In this role, you will have close contact with students and faculty while playing a key part in developing our Info Center to reach its full potential.

Main responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Provide service and support to students and visitors at our Info Center
  • Handle and administer enquiries and guide users through various channels
  • Continuously update our case management system in dialogue with different units and stakeholders
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors, refer students to the appropriate contacts within the organization, and issue certificates
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support the needs of different departments, including assisting with projects and tasks as required
