The European Sports and Business Program is offered by the Executive Education divisions of three leading European Business Schools - WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management, Stockholm School of Economics (SSE), and ESSEC Business School. With the aim to prepare high potentials in sports business for their industry's (future) challenges, the participants have been able to disvover new skills and ways of thinking, and expand their network through a diverse group of international peers and world-class experts. 

Throughout the spring, participants have learned how to systematically look into the future and develop a strategy for growth. They studied how to turn strategy concepts into commercial success, and about the role of leadership, goal setting, and culture in managing change. 

The journey began in Düsseldorf, where Prof. Dr. Sascha L. Schmidt led a deep dive into strategy.

In Stockholm, Professor Martin Carlsson Wall guided participants through the challenges of strategy implementation.

And we concluded in Paris, where Professor Karoline Strauss led the final module on leadership and organizational culture – one of the most complex and important areas in any organization.
