Victor Pettersson, Head of Employee Experience at Systembolaget, met with the students for a two-hour discussion about career paths, recruitment processes, and working life at Systembolaget. The session gave students the opportunity to gain a clearer understanding of how recruitment works in practice and what competencies are valued when entering the industry.

Throughout the session, students actively participated by asking questions and sharing their own experiences and reflections related to the labor market so far. The discussion created an open dialogue around expectations, challenges, and opportunities for students preparing to start their careers. The group also discussed workplace diversity from an age perspective and reflected on how Systembolaget, and organizations more broadly, can work to attract employees of different age groups. The conversation emphasized how a broader age distribution can contribute to varied perspectives, stronger collaboration, and a better understanding of customers with different needs and experiences.
