Jonas Colliander, together with Magnus Söderlund and Ben Marder, published research about unearned superior treatment in the tourism industry in Journal of Travel Research.
Among other things, the article shows that the disadvantaged customer perceive the service exchange as more unjust and therefore report lower customer satisfaction.
