Tech talk | Europe's AI tipping point: Success stories and lessons - 9 May 2025
With AI breakthroughs accelerating in the US and China, Europe stands at a critical point. The foundations are in place - regulation is set, funding is available, and top talent is here. However, how these resources are used, will define the future.
What AI-driven successes in Europe show real promise? Which AI trends will shape Europe’s future? And how can European organizations move faster and smarter in AI adoption to compete on the global level?
To address these questions, we hosted a panel discussion with Daniel Gillblad (Recorded Future & AI Sweden), Rickard Wieselfors (Accenture), and Serge Lachapelle (Google), moderated by Villim Prpić (KTH AI Society & SSE House of Innovation). During this event, they explored strategies, opportunities, and industry insights that will determine who leads and who gets left behind in Europe's AI evolution.
This seminar was part of Tech Initiative's event series on "AI unpacked: From basics to business strategies". All Tech Initiative events are designed for everyone - no advanced tech knowledge is needed.
