Together with stakeholders from academia, public, private, and the not-for-profit sectors, we discussed the state of about LGBTQIA+ inclusion, innovation, and competitiveness and agreed on the need for more research. Our aim is to raise funds to support research that increases the understanding of how inclusion and diversity influence organizational and national innovation and competitiveness.
