Organizational identity dynamics in new venture pivoting - 9 Feb 2022

Associate Professor Yuliya Snihur from Toulouse Business School presented a paper on how new ventures in nascent markets pivot their business models as they develop their organizational identity.

On the 9th of February, we will welcome Associate Professor Yuliya Snihur from Toulouse Business School in presenting a seminar about her latest research exploring organizational identity dynamics in new venture pivoting.

Associate Professor Yuliya Snihur research shed light on stakeholder constraints on pivoting by scaling new ventures through the micro-mechanism of role crystallization. Our analysis also delineates the inter-temporal effects of lingering organizational identity, thereby advancing research on the organizational identity dynamics of new ventures.

This seminar represents an integrative and important part of the House of Innovation's strategy to build a research environment through engagement with prominent guests and their work.

This seminar is a part of the Academic Seminar Series offered in cooperation with the Stockholm School of Entrepreneurship.
