Book launch: Against All Odds: Succeeding with Reform in Complex Organizations
Against all odds examines a question that has become increasingly urgent in public governance and organizational life: why is it so difficult to achieve real and lasting change, even when the need for change is obvious and widely acknowledged? Join us for a book launch with Jonas Törnblom, where research and real-world cases come together to explore what it actually takes to succeed with reform in complex organizations.
