Within the framework of a research experiment, a group of managers is faced with a new leadership concept that differs in all respects from the traditional ones. Affected by artistic experiences, they are confronted with life's most fundamental questions. How does this affect their view of power and responsibility?
The research experiment became a book, by Julia Romanowska: "The schibbolet effect: leadership, art and human responsibility".

Suzanne Osten, playwright, director and professor, wrote about the book:

"Julia Romanowska offers startling descriptions of how managers are exposed to the disruptive world of art. With wonder I read a book I've been looking for. It touches on the most humanistic research question I have read in a long time: how I develop by seeing You."

Come listen and talk to Julia Romanowska and Suzanne Osten about the transformative power of art - something that also is a starting point for SSE Art Initiative.
Feb 20, room Torsten, Sveavägen 65.Open for all!
