The Board of Directors at the Stockholm School of Economics has appointed three new professors; Robin Teigland, Hans Kjellberg and Magnus Mähring.

Gargi Dangwal will defend a PhD dissertation entitled “Migration under Frictions” on June 8.

Petter Berg will defend a PhD dissertation entitled “On Education and Choice” on  June 9.

Alessia Menichetti will defend a PhD dissertation entitled “Essays on Information and Financial Markets” on June 12. 

Shubhaa Bhattacharyya will defend a PhD dissertation entitled “Essays on Cultural Integration, Misperceptions and Education” on September 16. 

Alexandre Mendonça will defend a PhD dissertation entitled “On Labor Markets, Inequality and Productivity” on October 9.

Yijia Chen will defend a PhD dissertation entitled “Essays on Interest Rate Distortions, Taxation, and Capital Flows” on October 13.

Alexandra Erling will defend a PhD dissertation entitled “Making work one’s own: work orientations and job crafting in nursing” on Nov. 28.
