Breakfast and Opening adress by Sweden’s Minister for Social Affairs
Take the opportunity to kick of SSE Health Day with breakfast and an Opening Address by Sweden’s Minister for Social Affairs, Jakob Forssmed. Jakob will share his with reflections on the state of young people’s health — the challenges we face, and the opportunities to build a healthier, more hopeful future together.

Do You Want to Live Forever? – A Conversation on Longevity and Wellbeing with Ash Pournouri and Micael Dahlen
To maximize wellbeing, should we focus on feeling our best each day — or on adding more days to feel well? Or both? Join Ash Pournouri, founder of the Global Human Improvement Summit and Micael Dahlen for a thought-provoking discussion on longevity, purpose and what it really means to live a long — and good — life.

The Science of Sleep – Interactive Workshop with Tina Sundelin
Tina Sundelin, sleep and health researcher at Karolinska Institutet, leads an interactive workshop on how sleep affects our minds and wellbeing. We all know that sleep is essential for health and wellbeing — in this session, you’ll gain deeper insight and practical tips on how to rest and recover better.

Inside Google - Psychological Safety: A Lever for Good Leadership
What drives an environment where people feel safe to speak up, take risks, and grow? How can leaders intentionally cultivate this crucial element? In this session, Google's Jonaki Saarisivu, Lisa Blom, and Johan Julin share how one of the world's most influential companies fosters psychological safety. They will offer practical insights and personal experiences on what it truly means to belong and thrive at a global business.

Join IKEA in a shared meal and conversation, The Long Table Conversation celebrate the kitchen table as a place for dialogue, understanding and community — reminding us that when we come together, we all feel more at home. And we celebrate coming together in our shared home in the atrium, students, alumni, faculty and staff. Lunch will be provided by Renée Voltaire — celebrity chef, entrepreneur, and food philosopher.

Breathe for Balance – Energy, Calm and Clarity with Lasse Lychnell
Lasse Lychnell, researcher at SSE’s Center for Wellbeing, Welfare and Happiness and certified breathwork facilitator, invites you to explore how different breathing techniques can boost energy, focus and recovery. The 60-minute session includes a short lecture on the science behind breath and the nervous system — followed by a guided practice where you’ll experience how specific techniques can help you shift between activation and calm. No prior experience needed!

Health, Business and the Future – A Conversation with Caroline Berg
What role can and should companies play in promoting health and wellbeing? Caroline Berg, CEO of Axel Johnson, joins Professor Micael Dahlen for an inspiring conversation on her personal perspectives on health and the many initiatives Axel Johnson is driving to make wellbeing part of business and our daily lives. Through its size, the Axel Johnson Group touches our lives daily with companies such as Hemköp, Willy:s, Dustin, Apohem, Bruce och STC in their portfolio.

Workout Ask Me Anything – Health and Fitness with Daniel Berglind
Daniel Berglind, senior researcher at the Center for Wellbeing, Welfare and Happiness at SSE and at Karolinska Institutet, former elite athlete and gymnastics coach, invites you to an open Q&A on health, training and nutrition on the theme ”Everything you always wanted to know about diet and exercise (but were afraid to ask)”. Bring your questions — big or small — Daniel has the science (and the experience) to answer them all.

Laugh for Your Health – Stand-Up with Tobias Persson
Laughter really is good medicine. Join comedian Tobias Persson for a stand-up session that reminds us how humour, joy and a good laugh can boost both mood and wellbeing. Tobias is well known from TV and radio and awarded Best Comedian in Sweden and is constantly touring with his comedy shows.

Meaningful Meeting with Golnaz Hashemzadeh Bonde
Join this smaller, more intimate conversation between Golnaz Hashemzadeh and Micael Dahlen, where everyone can participate with questions and thoughts. Golnaz is the former president of SASSE who became celebrated author and founder and manager of the social impact investment company Inkludera.

Dance for Joy – Party Moves with Tobias Wallin
Move, party, smile and recharge with Tobias Wallin, professional dancer known from Let’s Dance and driving one of Sweden’s biggest dance concepts - Smooth Fox. This session is a high-energy party dance session that celebrates happiness, movement and the power of simply letting go. This session will be a party for all students, alumni, staff and faculty and a chance to learn some dance-moves that will guarantee success in parties for a long time.

Meaningful Meeting with Michelle Kadir
Join this smaller, more personal conversation with Michelle Kadir, SSE alumna and Head of YouTube Northern Europe, together with Micael Dahlen. Michelle has held leading roles at Spotify and Sony Music, and will share insights on creativity, leadership and finding meaning — with room for your own questions and reflections.

Money Health and Happiness – Insights on Financial Health with Madelen Falkenhäll from Swedbank
Can money buy happiness? Swedbank’s expert Madelen Falkenhäll, explores the link between finances and wellbeing. In this session insights from a new study done by Swedbank, Sparbankerna and CWWH on what truly drives financial health — and how it shapes our lives - will be revealed.

Intro to Martial Arts with Boxing World Champion Anna Laurell Nash and Superior Challenge MMA Champion Aitana “Pitbull” Álvarez
Have you thought about trying martial arts but never had the chance? Are you curious about how martial arts can boost your physical and mental wellbeing? Then this is for you! Join this beginner-friendly workshop and explore the fundamentals of striking, kicking and grappling in a fun, and welcoming environment. You’ll be under the safe guidance of boxing world champion Anna Laurell Nash and Superior Challenge MMA champion Aitana “Pitbull” Álvarez.

Food, Joy and Inspiration with Renée Voltaire
Renée Voltaire, celebrity chef, entrepreneur and food philosopher, with her products out in practically every food store you see, shares her passion for tasty, mindful eating and creative cooking. In this inspiring session — with a chance to taste along — she’ll show how plant-based ideas can bring more joy and flavour to everyday life.

Meaningful Movie Night
