Nykvist, Rasmus

As an Affiliate Researcher at The Institute for Economic and Business History Research (EHFF) and the Department of Marketing and Strategy (DMS) Dr. Nykvist conducts business history research on strategy in State-Owned Enterprises and the regulation of markets.

Since June 2025 he is also running a project as a Research Affiliate at the House of Governance and Public Policy (GaPP), and Center for Security and Resilience looking at the historical precursors to a Swedish Defence-Industrial Policy.

Dr. Nykvist is a board member of the Swedish-Finnish research collaboration Digihist (in collaboration with Aalto University, University of Jyväskylä, and Linköping University). He is also in heading the Swedish part of the Swedish-Norweigan collaborative project STATE-CORP (in collaboration with University of Bergen, OsloMet, and University of Potsdam).
