In my role as Data and Operations Support, I develop the structures and systems that make our work consistent, measurable, and scalable — from frameworks for data collection and reporting to workflows and templates that connect our programs, partnerships, and finances.

I’m driven by bringing clarity and structure to complex processes, and by building tools that turn long-term goals into practical, lasting change.
