Vacancy: Program Manager for the MSc in International Business

As the Program Manager (PM), you will have a key role in coordinating, organizing, and assisting in the development and day-to-day operations of the program. MSc in International Business is a ranked program, the PM for this program needs to be aware of how the Financial Times ranking works and how the PM contributes to a continued success. You will belong to a team of Admissions & Program Management at EdO.
Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Planning and participating actively in the selection and admission process.
- Being responsible for organizing and running the MIB Assessment Center.
- Organizing the Introduction Days of the MIB program.
- Having close contact with the students of the program, both newly admitted and current.
- Being responsible for the practical aspects of international trips. Travelling with the group for the International Immersion Trip and handling expenses and transactions.
- Being responsible for approving and registering all MIB International Internships.
- Being responsible for running the MIB scheduling process in preparation for each semester.
- Collaborate with the Strategic and Academic Governance team and provide the necessary information for the FT ranking process each year.
- Developing the alumni network and relationships.
- Organizing events like the MIB Faculty Workshop and CEMS Integration Seminar etc. (approximately 4-6 events per year).
- Participating in the recruitment activities for the program and SSE. Occasional travelling for recruitment can occur.
