ART/LIFE: A lecture by Chuck Olson
As part of Stockholm Art Week, the Stockholm School of Economics warmly invites you to an after-work event exploring how we live with art and how it can shape our personal and professional lives.
The event is organized in collaboration with the United States Embassy in Sweden, the Art in Embassies program, and The Swedish Program - a U.S.-based non-profit study abroad program affiliated with SSE.

The ART/LIFE lecture at SSE brings together art, education, and cultural diplomacy during Stockholm Art Week.
The Art in Embassies program reflects a longstanding commitment to cultural diplomacy, using visual art to foster dialogue, mutual understanding, and cross-cultural exchange. This event continues that tradition by bringing together perspectives on art, education, and international collaboration.
Art has the power to build bridges between cultures and individuals. By engaging with art, we can deepen curiosity, expand perspectives, and better understand both others and ourselves. This lecture explores how art can serve as a meaningful part of everyday life and contribute to broader societal dialogue.
Program
The event begins with sparkling wine and light refreshments, followed by a lecture by Chuck Olson and concluding with an open conversation with the artist.
