Mariana Khapko

Mariana Khapko is an Assistant Professor of Finance at the University of Toronto and is a visiting research fellow at the Swedish House of Finance. Mariana received her PhD degree in Finance from the Stockholm School of Economics in 2015 and has been conferred the Peter Högfeldt Award for outstanding thesis in Finance. Her research interests are in asset pricing, portfolio choice, and the microstructure of financial markets. She has published in the Journal of Financial Economics and Finance and Stochastics.
