Women in Finance Talk

The Swedish House of Finance held a creative talk on how to drive change, break down barriers, and further enhance equal representation in the field of finance.

On December 4, academics, women and men in leading positions in the finance field and industry role models, came together to talk over the continous strive for gender equality in the working environment; when making career choices and when managing investments – what companies can do to help women in more senior roles in the financial profession, and what practical tools that may be at hand to reach the goal of a more equal finance job market.
