Data Disclaimer and Terms of Use

The Swedish House of Finance is pleased to offer aggregated survey data to the public. These data are distributed under the following terms of use. This is a legal agreement between you, the end-user (“User”), and the Swedish House of Finance. By downloading, accessing, or using the data made available on this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, access, or use the Data.

The Swedish House of Finance hereby grants to the User a non-exclusive, revocable, limited, non-transferable license to use the Data solely for (1) research, scholarly, or academic purposes; (2) internal use within your organization or business; or (3) personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, sell, rent, lease, loan, distribute, sublicense, or otherwise transfer any portion of the Data to any third party, nor use the Data to create derived products intended for commercial distribution.

Notwithstanding the above, you may incorporate limited portions of the Data in scholarly, research, academic publications, or for the purposes of news reporting, provided that you clearly acknowledge the Swedish House of Finance as the source and include the complete title of the dataset or report (see below).

The data is provided without any warranty of any kind. The user assumes all risk associated with use of the data and agrees that the Swedish House of Finance and its affiliates in no event should be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, punitive or consequential damages.

This license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of these terms or upon written notice from the Swedish House of Finance. Upon termination, you agree to destroy all copies of the Data in any form in your possession or control.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Stockholm, Sweden, for the resolution of any disputes arising from this agreement.
