MISUM/SHoF Seminar: How Does CSR Work? Experimental Evidence From The Field

Do employees care about working for a socially responsible firm? Using a field experiment and structural econometrics.

Daniel Hedblom and co-authors John A. List and Brent R. Hickman, examine the impact on labor supply, productivity, and quality when employees are informed that their efforts make the world a better place.

Daniel Hedblom is a post-doctoral fellow at the University of California Berkeley School of Information. He recently received his PhD from the Univeristy of Chicago. Following Dr Hedblom’s presentation, Henrik Storm Dyrssen, Leksell Social Ventures and Professor Andreas Werr, Head of Department of Management and Organization, Stockholm School of Economics, will share their views of these issues.

After the presentations, refreshments will be served.

The seminar will be held in English.
